After 3 years of a successful stint with the Western Home Makers, Dilawar associated with his father on the proposal of starting Royal Palms Golf & Country Club at their site at Goregaon (East).

Since then there has been no looking back. After the completion of the Club, the Nensey’s then ventured into the Real Estate market. It is this hard work and dedication of the Nensey’s that has made Royal Palms, and Dilawar was an integral part of this revolution.

On the personal front he is an avid golfer very passionate about cars, music and socializing. An impressive personality with a dynamic and positive attitude towards life Mr. Dilawar Nensey has carved a niche of his own.

The awards that reflect the dynamism that Dilawar is made up of includes:
The Best Citizens of India Award – 2004 by International Publishing house, for being one of the youngest Directors in the Private Sector conglomerates.
Management Award - 2003 by the Indian Council of Management Executives in recognition of outstanding services rendered to the Public.
